Lasting Results
My specialty is complex trauma, including the universal social aspects of PTSD not in the diagnostic criteria. My eclectic approach include brain-based therapies such as brainspotting (with bilateral music), MBSR, the flash technique, and soon EMDR—some of which can lead to positive results in just a few sessions. Rationality-valuing, polyamorous, kink-friendly, & LGBTQ+ neurodivergents with complex trauma report the most relief working with me, but my trauma treatment through individual and couple’s counseling can benefit anyone. I can use Gottman-informed brain-based modalities for couples too.
Tailored Sessions
Whether you want to use sessions for poetry therapy, silent brainspotting, or cathartic chats, I’ll aim to make it possible. I start most sessions with: what can we cover in this session that would help you the most? Survivors, including those who don’t wish to talk about their trauma, are as accommodated as those who do.
